Stefano de’ Rossi (36 years old) graduated in Business Administration (1994 Luiss University in Rome ) and have taken a Master in Art in “Intelligence and Security” (2002 Link Campus Malta University of Rome).

After working as Marketing Analyst in Ford Automotive (Italian branch) and two years spent in Accenture, Stefano joint TIM in 1997 exploiting different areas of the company as business analyst. N

Now Stefano is the Director of Project Development unit within Sales Department in charge of special commercial projects development such as setting up business plan, process, systems and operation activities supporting the start up of the new Virtual Mobile Operator, follow up technical, economic and environmental aspects associated to project implementation and first year of operation, assess the progress and completion of projects in relations with initial objectives, identify and report on key risks, contributing to addressing and solving project issue.

Prior to this position Stefano has been working as the Director of the CRM Department where principal accountabilities of his group were the development and implementation of marketing plan to ensure the maximization of Customer Loyalty Program impact and efficiency, enhancing a wide understanding of consumer trends and needs as well as of the competitive arena. Leading the implementation of strategic Customer and Competitor analysis and insight, creating and executing executing loyalty based marketing programs and measure the effectivness of all marketing campaigns.

Stefano is an active member of  SCIP ITALIA (Society  of Competitive Intelligence Professionals) and have authored or co-authored several publications on Data Mining and CRM such as “Marketing intelligence system to forecast the mobile telecom competitive landscape” pubblished in  the book “Text mining for Intelligence” (A.Zanasi – WIT press 2005)

Stefano is also member of  “Intelligence & Security” research center of Link Campus – Malta University in Rome as well as an established speaker in several conferences on CRM and Business Intelligence in Telecoms organized by IIR Institute.

Is now working as Security Advisor developing the italian market for Kaspersky product in cooperation with DEPO srl
